CREST is delighted to be supporting Cyber Security in Healthcare (CSIH) as part of the UK Health Show
Taking place on 27 September 2017 at Olympia London, CSIH provides a unique platform for those enforcing the principles of information security to exchange best-practice and meet directly with cutting-edge industry suppliers, at the forefront of a strategy to prevent and mitigate the threat of increasing cyber-attacks on sensitive NHS data. CREST will be exhibiting on Stand S155.
The Cyber Security Seminar Theatre will include a session delivered by CREST Chairman Mark Turner, titled ‘How can we advance training and recruit new talent to build a cyber-security savvy workforce in the NHS?’. The session, delivered jointly with the National Archives and the Department for Culture Media and Sport, will provide insights on the need to bolster the NHS pool of cyber skills, whilst addressing the skills gap. It will also offer guidance on the Government’s Cyber Essentials programme and on look at how NHS staff and board members can be effectively upskilled to understand key risks and manage cyber security.
