More about CREST
CREST regularly engages with governments and industries globally to develop frameworks and help implement schemes to ensure excellence in the cyber security industry. This ensures that we continuously offer cutting edge services to our industry. In the UK, these have included CBEST for the financial services sector and GBEST for other CNI fields. Further afield, CREST received a grant from the Gates Foundation and over the past two years has been working on a project to help develop the cyber security eco-system in maturing countries in Africa and Asia. These initiatives present business opportunities for members and add variety to CREST’s portfolio of work.
CREST also supports professional development and knowledge sharing, dedicating time to encourage talent into the market and produce guidance material to enhance knowledge.
We have a growing team of permanent employees, currently at 15, and a team of technical examination providers that are sub-contracted from member companies to collectively manage the certification of individuals.
