We accredit 300 member companies, operating across dozens of countries, and certify thousands of professionals worldwide. We work with governments, regulators, academe, training partners, professional bodies and other stakeholders around the world.

Our members undergo a rigorous quality assurance process and employ competent professionals. Organisations buying their cyber security services from our members do so with confidence.

Our History

We were established in 2006 in response to the need for more regulated professional cyber security services.

At the outset, our membership was UK-based and numbered a handful of founding companies. Our earlier development was focused largely on the UK where we worked closely with the UK Government, it’s security agencies as well as regulatory bodies in finance, civil aviation, telecommunications and national infrastructure to support frameworks and standards in cyber security.

Since then we have grown steadily in response to demand for our services. We now engage with governments, regulators and cyber security companies around the world. Our membership currently stands at 300 organisations, operating across dozens of countries and regions. We expect continued growth in our membership over the coming years.
