CREST sits at the heart of a vibrant global cyber security industry. We work with the widest possible range of bodies for the benefit of our members and the wider industry.
Our partnerships with governments and regulators allow us to offer quality assurance for members and professional certifications for individuals. Through us our members can engage in policy discussions and consultations as well as influencing thinking and practice more widely in cyber security.
Our Training Partners support the professionalisation of the industry and career pathways for individuals taking CREST examinations.
Through out Academic Partners we help grow the pipeline into our industry, supporting careers events and work to ensure a diverse and inclusive pool of talent.
We also work with other professional bodies and organisations to share knowledge and enhance joint working in support of cyber security.
We share academia’s aim of growing the talent pipeline into the cyber security industry and we work closely with universities and higher education institutions around the world to support programmes and running career-related events for students
We approve training providers to support professionals who are working towards certain certifications and examinations. Courses and modules provided by our Training Providers are designed for those who would like to acquire, maintain or extend their knowledge and capability.
We work closely with other professional bodies around the world. In the UK we work with the Chartered Institute of Information Security (CIISec) and the UK Cyber Security Council. We are a corporate partner of Respect in Security.
In Singapore we work with the Association of Information Security Professionals (AiSP).
We are also a founding member of Nonprofit Cyber which is a global coalition of not-for-profit organisations dedicated to improving cyber security. Nonprofit Cyber helps build awareness of the work of cyber security not-for-profit organisations globally and aligning their work to achieve the greatest effect for the benefit of the cyber security profession.
