[London, United Kingdom – 11 June 2026] CREST International, the global not-for-profit organisation dedicated to raising standards and building trust in the cybersecurity industry, today announced the signing of a strategic partnership with ADIGSI (Asosiasi Digitalisasi dan Keamanan Siber Indonesia) at London Tech Week 2026.
The signing was witnessed by Dr. Edwin Hidayat Abdullah, Director General of Digital Ecosystem at the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs (KomDigi) for the Government of Indonesia, and Rodney Berkeley CBE, Director for Infrastructure and Technology at the Department for Business and Trade for the Government of the United Kingdom, highlighting the growing importance of international collaboration in advancing cybersecurity standards, resilience, and digital trust.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Nick Benson, Chief Executive Officer of CREST International, and Firlie Ganinduto, Chairman of ADIGSI, marking an important milestone in strengthening collaboration between the international cybersecurity community and Indonesia’s rapidly growing digital security sector. The MoU builds on the strong existing relationship between the two organisations, with ADIGSI already supporting the CREST community as a CREST Community Supporter.
The partnership aims to support the advancement of cybersecurity standards, industry capability and professionalisation across Indonesia. Through closer cooperation, CREST International and ADIGSI will explore joint initiatives to promote internationally recognised standards and accreditation frameworks, strengthen trust in cybersecurity services, support industry development and advance professional certification and skills pathways.
The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to supporting Indonesia’s digital transformation and strengthening trust, professionalism, and resilience across the country’s cybersecurity ecosystem.
Nick Benson, Chief Executive Officer of CREST International, said:
“Indonesia is one of the most dynamic and strategically important cybersecurity markets in the Asia-Pacific region. Through this partnership, we look forward to sharing international expertise and supporting the adoption of recognised standards and frameworks that strengthen trust and confidence in cybersecurity services. Together, we can support industry growth, professionalisation and the continued maturity of Indonesia’s cybersecurity ecosystem.”
Firlie Ganinduto, Chairman of ADIGSI, said:
“This partnership supports ADIGSI’s mission to strengthen Indonesia’s digital security ecosystem and competitiveness through collaboration, innovation, and capability development. By working with CREST International, we can create talent and new opportunities for our industry, support the development of cybersecurity talent, and contribute to a trusted and resilient digital future for Indonesia.”

The agreement builds upon CREST International’s growing engagement across the Asia-Pacific region over more than a decade, where it works closely with governments, regulators, industry associations, education providers, and cybersecurity organisations to improve cyber resilience through company accreditations, individual certifications, skills development, and professional standards.
The signing at London Tech Week highlights the increasing importance of international collaboration in addressing global cybersecurity challenges and developing a highly skilled cybersecurity industry capable of meeting evolving threats.
