There was an incredible buzz at GCC 2025, with some fantastic presentations on threat modelling, car hacking and more, and group sessions and hands-on training sessions for students to deep dive into. What a fantastic opportunity for them to work together and forge connections across the region.
The event also hosted a competition for students to design a single sign-on tool. Congratulations to the winners of CREST vouchers awarded to the team members below!
A heartfelt thank you to our inspiring Asia Chair and regional advocate, Emil Tan, and the exceptional Division Zero (Div0) team, whose dedication and hard work made this event a resounding success! Here’s to building a stronger, more connected cyber security community – until next time!
Global Cybersecurity Camp (GCC) is an annual 1-week international cybersecurity training programme. Each participating country takes responsibility to host each annual edition. The mission of the camp is to strengthen the security community across the world and nurture future global leaders. Annually, the best 50 students from member countries gather in one of the participating countries for a week to exchange experience, forge a life-long friendship, and learn from the best cybersecurity professionals. Non-commercial education programs and communities organise the program supported by industry leaders who care about the safe digitalisation of the world.
As a proud supporter, CREST is committed to nurturing the next generation of global cybersecurity leaders and strengthening the international security community. This initiative perfectly aligns with our mission to uphold the highest standards of excellence in cybersecurity education and collaboration.
