Cyber Security is one of the priority areas of the School of Computer Science and Informatics at Cardiff University. Examples of our research in cyber security include the machine classification of malware in various forms (e.g. binary executables and web links), mathematical models for the quantification and forecasting of network security risk, security of industrial control systems (e.g. SCADA systems), and Cloud security.
