Your organisation will begin its journey by joining our Accreditation Pathway – a structured framework designed to help you progress toward meeting globally recognised standards.
The first step involves completing the Pathway Onboarding form, followed by conducting a self-assessment to evaluate your organisation’s current capabilities and maturity level. This will provide you with a detailed gap analysis report, offering clear insights into areas for improvement and actionable next steps.
Based on the findings, we may pair your organisation with a mentor from our global network of over 420 accredited members. Your mentor will provide expert guidance to help you address gaps, refine methodologies, and build internal capacity.
