We’re aware that concerns have been raised around Optima Training & Consultancy’s delivery of courses related to CREST certifications. Several individuals have raised complaints directly with us, and we’ve been alerted to the discussions taking place on social media.
As a professional body, we’re taking this extremely seriously, and appreciate how worrying it must be for candidates who’ve invested significant time and money in training for their future careers.
We’d like to reassure all those affected that we’ve taken immediate action and launched a full investigation in line with our Complaints Handling Process. While this is underway, Optima has been temporarily suspended as a CREST Training Partner and removed from our website.
We’re keen to support candidates who’ve been directly affected by this situation.
If you’re currently studying towards a CREST certification with Optima and are experiencing difficulties, please contact us directly through our support portal.
